Shipping Policy

How and when your order ships, from processing to your door.

Order processing

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates

We ship via UPS. Standard shipping runs about $9 to $12 depending on your destination. Orders of $100 or more ship free within the United States.

Delivery estimates

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after they ship. Delivery windows are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees, and begin once your order leaves us, not when it is placed.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Order tracking

A UPS tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Allow 24 to 48 hours for the first tracking update to appear.

Delays

Weather, carrier backlogs, and peak periods can cause delays that are outside our control. We will help where we can, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order is with UPS.

Lost, stolen, or damaged in transit

If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, email sales@flybridgeco.com with your order number and photos. For damaged boots, see our Return and Refund Policy.
