Fly Bridge respects the people who wear the gear. Here is what we collect, why, and what you control.

Information we collect

When you place an order, you give us information so we can process and ship it: your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and order details. If you opt in to texts, we also keep your mobile number for that purpose.

Payment details are handled by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.

Some information is collected automatically when you use the site, including cookies, your device and browser type, your IP address, the pages you view, and analytics about how you use the site.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Fulfill and ship your order.
• Provide customer support.
• Send order and shipping updates.
• Send marketing by email or text, only if you opt in.
• Detect and prevent fraud.
• Improve the site and how it works.

Payments

Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify, our ecommerce and payments provider. When you check out you are on Shopify-hosted pages, and Shopify processes your payment under its own terms. We never see or store full card numbers.

Email and text messages

If you sign up for our email or text updates, you can unsubscribe from email anytime using the link in any message, and you can stop texts anytime by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply to texts. We will not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used, including analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Shopify’s built-in analytics. You can limit or block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as expected.

How we share information

We share information with the service providers who help us run the store, such as our payment processor, shipping carrier, and email or text platform, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices and rights

You can opt out of marketing at any time. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Data retention

We keep your information as long as we need it to process your order and to meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations, which can be up to seven years for order records.

Children’s privacy

The site and our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
